What you'll do
Looking for a cute and creative activity in Sydney? Come and get crafty in our brand-new pink Annandale studio, shared by Studio Inner West and Georgia Draws a House. In this hands-on Drip Cake Candle Workshop, you’ll create your very own candle that looks just like a tiny frosted cake, complete with dripping “icing”, cute wax toppings and your choice of delicious bakery-inspired scent!
What You’ll Do:
Choose your cake size, create a standard candle, mini candle or upgrade to a two-tier cake candle.
Pick your scent from bakery-inspired fragrances like vanilla, chocolate, tiramisu, espresso and green tea.
Learn the drip icing technique to give your candle that signature frosted cake look.
Decorate with wax toppings like strawberries, teddy bears, flowers and other tiny treats to make your candle completely your own.
Package your finished candle in an adorable takeaway cake box, ready to display at home or gift to someone special.
No experience needed! Our friendly Studio Inner West host will guide you step-by-step while you relax, BYO your favourite drink and get creative with friends, family or colleagues, or come solo and meet some new people.
What You’ll Take Home: Your very own handmade drip cake candle, packaged in a cute cake box and ready to take home with you on the day. Made using 100% soy wax, it’ll look almost too cute to light!Perfect For: Hens parties, birthdays, girls’ days out, team bonding, creative date ideas, weekend catch-ups or anyone who loves candles and all things cute!
A Few Things to Know:
No previous candle-making experience is needed.
All candle-making materials and decorations are provided.
Please arrive on time, as doors open at the scheduled workshop start time.
To avoid disrupting the class, we unfortunately can’t accommodate arrivals more than 15 minutes after the workshop has started.

Private Classes: Solo participants are welcome with a $50 private class fee for personalised instruction.
Timeliness: Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in rescheduling at the instructor’s discretion.

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 2 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.

All bookings are final within 48 hours of your workshop — no refunds, reschedules, or credits can be offered.
If you are late or miss your session (no-show), we are unable to refund or reschedule as materials and staffing are prepared in advance.
